  2. 70 grms achiote en pasta
  3. 3 ajos grandes
  4. 3 clavitos de olor

  6. 1 taza jugo de naranja agria (sino encuentran, usen naranja dulce y agregenle el jugo de un limón)
  7. 1/4 taza vinagre
  8. 2 hojas plátano
  9. Al gusto sal

  1. Como dije es una receta rapidita así que ponemos todos los ingredientes (excepto la carne y las hojas de plátano) a la licuadora, licuamos por un minuto.
  2. Con esta mezcla dejamos marinando la carne troceada al menos unas 3 horas.
  3. Mientras tanto tomamos las hojas de plátano y las ponemos a fuego bajo directo para suavizarlas.
  4. En una olla acomodamos nuestras hojas que cubran el fondo y costados y luego ponemos la carne dentro con todo y el caldito en que la marinamos.
  5. Doblamos las hojas  manera que quede todo como un tambachito, tapamos la olla y dejamos  fuego bajo durante 1 hora y media sin destaparla para que no pierda el vaporcito.
  6. Pasado este tiempo abrimos y con ayuda de un tenedor empezamos a desmenuzar la carne, rectificamos la sal y listo, a servirse con sus cebollitas desflemadas con habanero 😉👌
  7. Esta se puede hacer en olla de presión, para eso tienes que cubrir la olla primero con aluminio y luego la hoja de plátano, cuidando que quede libre el escape de la válvula y el tiempo de cocción sería de 30 minutos.

    En horno sería por 1 hora y cuarto cubriendo el refractario con aluminio, para que guarde sus jugos.
