Con esta mezcla van a revolverlo con la carne de puerco y marinan toda la noche en el refri, al siguiente dia.
  2. Se coloca en la olla express o vaporera a baño maria (es decir le ponen la rejilla vaporera a la olla y le agregan agua suficiente) la hoja de platano forrando la olla muy bien forrada el interior de la olla se añade el puerco en trozos
  3. ya previamente marinado se tapa con el resto de la hoja de platano y se cierra la olla express cuando empieze a silbar esperan 25 min y LIsto!!!!!
  4. Se sirve con cebolla roja o morada picada y el jugo de limon con chorrito de vinagre y sal y chile habanero picadito.
