Probar el arroz y, si los granos están hechos y la textura es la que más te gusta (a algunos les gusta más líquido, a otros más cremoso) apagar el fuego, incorporar la vainilla, mezclar y dejar reposar unos minutos para que se temple.
  5. Tené en cuenta que cuando apagues el fuego va a absorber más leche, por lo que deberías dejarlo un poquito más líquido de lo que te gustaría.
  6. Se lo puede servir caliente, tibio o frío (como más te guste) decorado con un poco de canela. Que lo disfrutes!!
