- 100 g azúcar

- En una olla ponemos a hervir un litro de leche con 100 g de azúcar, la cáscara de medio limón, una ramita de canela y una pizca de sal. Y lo dejamos a fuego bajo para que emulsione la leche.
- Mientras ponemos en un cazo 1 litro de agua y cuando empiece a hervir echamos 200 g de arroz y lo dejamos hervir 5 minutos a fuego medio.
- Pasados los 5 minutos, sacamos el arroz, lo enfriamos poniéndolo bajo el grifo con agua fría, y lo escurrimos.
- Cuando la olla con la leche rompa a hervir, echa el arroz y déjalo a fuego medio bajo hasta que esté cocido.
- Cuando esté cocido, echamos el arroz en los recipientes en los que lo vamos a servir y déjamos 5 minutos reposar. Espolvoreamos con canela y los metemos en la nevera hasta que estén bien fríos.
