  3. Prender la olla en lento (low por 8 horas) y cuando esté listo, rectificar el sabor..... si le falta sal agregarle más o si lo prefieres más consomé de pollo.....
  4. Sacar la carne y desmenuzarla, (quitarle la piel al pollo) sacar también la cebolla y el ajo.... ya no sirven, ya cumplieron su objetivo.....
  5. Servir con la cebolla picada, el rábano, la lechuga, orégano, chile de árbol en polvo y acompañar con limón y tostadas !!!!! Y a disfrutar
