- 3 pechugas de pollo partidas a la mitad
- 5 guacales con alas
- 1 lechuga romana

- Se ponen a hervir los chiles y se licuan con ajo, cebolla, pimienta y comino. Se sazonar en una olla aparte.
- Una vez cocido el pollo se saca para desmenuzar, y se agrega el chile licuado. Que hierva bien y se sirve con la lechuga, limón, cebolla y rábano.
- Si quieren el chile en polvo echo en casa... Se asas los chiles (de árbol o piquín entero) se muelen en la licuadora sin agua y sin nada.
