- El nopal está listo cuando haya cambiado su color, (pero que conserve algo de su baba) y que la cebolla se vea blanca (pero suavecita). 👍✨
- Agregamos el chorizo y el tocino.
- Revolvemos muy bien (la misma baba no va a permitir que el chorizo se queme). Seguimos friendo y moviendo, hasta que la cebolla se haga transparente y que se haya quitado el exceso de baba (por que en realidad no te puedes deshacer de ella al 100%).
- Rectificas si le hace falta sal y le agregás más a tu gusto, (pero en mi caso estaba perfecto así que lo deje así). 👍🎉
