- Ya con todo listo vamos a licuarlo en 2 partes para asegurar un buen molido, debe quedar una salsa tersa.
En el primer licuado:
1 de taza caldo de pollo
3 tomates tatemados
La cebolla y ajo del caldo
½ bolillo
La mitad de cacahuates y ajonjolí. - En el segundo licuado:
1 taza caldo de pollo
3 tomates tatemados
La cebolla y ajo tatemados
Chiles anchos y de árbol
El resto de cacahuates y ajonjolí
Comino, clavo y orégano. - En una olla grande a fuego medio derretir la manteca y unir los licuados, verificar sal y cuando rompa el hervor agregar las piezas de pollo y las papas, cocinar por 15-20 min.
Se puede controlar el espesor con más caldo de pollo o agua.
Servir bien caliente, se puede adornar con ajonjolí por encima.
