  21. El kg de frijol ya cocido
  22. Hoja aguacate tostada
  23. Aceite
  24. Tlayuda
  25. 2 pzas tlayuda
  26. 1/4 de asiento o manteca de cerdo
  27. Pasta de frijol
  28. 1/4 de col o lechuga
  29. 1/4 de quesillo o queso
  30. 1 Aguacate
  31. 1 Tomate
  32. 2 Rábanos
  33. 2 nopales
  34. 2-3 pedazos tasajo o chorizo

  1. Poner a calentar agua y agregar los frijoles, la sal y cebolla.
  2. Una vez a medio cocer agregamos el epazote y dejamos cocer los frijoles.
  3. Ahora procedemos tostar hoja de aguacate y la molemos con el frijol cocido.
    Seguido ponemos aceite y vertemos lo licuado. Cocinamos hasta que hierva.
  4. Procedemos al lavado y desinfectado de todas las0 verduras.
  5. Para sal salsa asar todos los ingredientes y verterlos en la licuadora o molcajete.
    Con el fin de licuar o martajar la salsa. Agregar sal al gusto y cantidad razonable de agua.
  6. Tomamos un pza de tlayuda y le untamos asiento.
  7. Seguido de eso untamos nuestro frijol molido
  8. Enseguida ponemos cantidad suficiente de col o lechuga.
  9. Agregamos suficiente quesillo o queso.
  10. Ponemos rodajas de tomate y aguacate
  11. Una vez armada la tortilla ponemos primero nuestra carne con nuestro nopal en el anafre o comal.
  12. Enseguida ponemos la tlayuda doblada a la mitad
  13. Es necesario fijarse para que no se queme el producto.
    Retirar hasta que quede doradita.
  14. Al final la partes por la mitad, y se monta con sus rábanos, nopal, y carne (salsa aparte)
