- Antes de rellenar los chayotes, colocarle una camita de crema, después rellenar y ponerle el queso manchego encima.
- Para finalizar se pone en un refractario o recipiente, encima se le pone aceite de oliva dispersado entre todos solo para sazonar y un poquito de sal igual a todos. Se hornean por 15 min a 250° y listo.
