  4. En un sartén, tatemamos los Chiles, los tomates, deshojando la cebolla, el ajo
  5. Los agregamos al vaso de la licuadora y con un litro del caldo donde hervimos la carne lo agregamos poco a poco al vaso de la licuadora (sino cabe lo puedes hacer en dos etapas)
  6. Finalmente vaciamos la salsa en la olla y dejamos que se integren los sabores hirviendo por 10 minutos
  7. Agregamos la verdolaga y dejamos hervir por otros 10 min
