  7. Por último, vamos a preparar la salsa de jitomate: lavas tus jitomates y los pones en la licuadora con el ajo, la cebolla y sal al gusto. Licúas perfectamente. Viertes la salsa en un sartén para que hierva durante 5 minutos. La dejas enfriar y agregas cebolla picada cruda y orégano al gusto 😉
  8. Sirves el huauhzontle capeado y lo bañas con la salsa de jitomate con cebolla y orégano. Este platillo lo puedes acompañar con sopa de arroz roja y/o frijoles de la olla. Un agua de guayaba combina muy bien. Buen Provecho! Hasta otra.
